TUNES... G.I. Rihanna

If you haven't already seen the preview for Rihanna's new video "Hard" featuring Young Jeezy, the video is pretty AMAZING. Rihanna gets all suited up like a soldier and rocks sunglasses and red lips. She almost reminds me of Grace Jones in this video. I'm sure if you look around YouTube closely you can find the full version somewhere. Tell me what you all think of the video: 

Shocker: TMZ Reports The Death of Actress Brittany Murphy

TMZ reported the death of 32-year-old actress Brittany Murphy, who cultivated our hearts in the famous teen chick flick clueless. It's been reported that the actress died of a heart attack early Sunday morning. She went into full cardiac arrest and could not be revived. Disect It: Rihanna Poses Topless For GQ Magazine

Rihanna has been getting a LOT of attention this month, as 2009 comes to a close. From her 2010 interview,  being named Woman of The Year by Glamour Magazine, and dropping another remarkable album, she is proving she is UNSTOPPABLE. Rihanna recently did a cover shoot for GQ magazine... TOPLESS. I don't mind the starlet being topless, it shows she is comfortable with her body but still maintains a respectable image. I personally think she's one of this generations most inspirational entertainers and a fashion pioneer. She executes any assignment and project she is given. She is also a phenomenal performer! Olsenboye For JC Penny

Mary-Kate & Ashley Olsen have launched a new clothing line this month called "Olsenboye". This collection is exclusively sold at JC Penny. Olsenboye is a different clothing line from their previous brainchild creations like Elizabeth and James, and The Row. The clothing line is targeted to tweens and  teens at affordable prices.  Below I have also posted some of my favorite items I seen from the collections website. I've been hearing so much buzz about Taylor Momsen's band "The Pretty Reckless" a.k.a "Little J." (Jenny Humphrey) from Gossip Girl. I must admit I'm so cultivated by their music and obsessed. Her music almost reminds me of Degrassi starlet Cassie Steele. Taylor's music kind of has that old school rock & roll feel to it but with a sinister bad girl twist. The two songs I like from her band are "Blender" and "Zombie".I have seen interviews online with Taylor Momsen and she says she writes all the music for the band, which is really impressive for just a teen. Hopefully in 2010 the band's debut album will be released or at least a song or two should be on itunes for purchase. I know I'm impatient for more music from Taylor's band!

Lady Gaga and Cyndi Lauper For M.A.C.'s Viva Glam Collection

Lady Gaga and Cyndi Lauper are the new faces of M.A.C.'s Viva Glam Spring collection campaign. Lady Gaga wears baby pink lipstick, and classic red for Cyndi Lauper The blonde duo pose for the camera in a fun/flirty  burlesque outfits I will be looking forward to the cool promotional products that will be coming out in 2010. If you're a fan of M.A.C., and going GAGA over Lady Gaga, then you'll enjoy this collection too as well. 

Are Fanny Packs Making A Comeback?

Rihanna was spotted wearing a Louis Vuitton Fanny Pack. I have to admit she's rocking it very well. We might be seeing more Fanny Packs out there in 2010. I also want to point out her grudge black boots which are also making a comeback. Overall, Rihanna's look is edgy and creative. I definitely will be reinventing the trend for myself in the near future.
